Expanding the number of URI Cooperation Circles

I'd dearly love to see a list of organizations that
a) fit the definition of a URI Cooperation Circle,
b) but have not yet been recruited,
c) and where we actually know people whom we could approach about joining URI.
Here in Los Angeles, there are a number of groups that could be approached. One where I know someone is the South Coast Interfaith Council.
