Thank you for the incredible leadership and diplomacy you consistently exhibit on behalf of the UN.  

To empower the General Assembly I would recommend implementing greater transparency and structure in order for each nation-state to fully implement UN resolutions.  When UN nation-states are held accountable for follow-up action we will all benefit from a stronger United Nations.
