Dear Mr. Secretary General,

I am working on a mission for providing public information to the citizens in local languages in India. We are worried about the people who are not English literates and how they are excluded from various socioeconomic activities. They cannot go to a bank and unable to understand the instructions/dosages while taking pharmacy when they are ill. Empowering people by giving vital information in their local languages go a long way in attaining self-sufficiency. They need not depend on others to interpret things to them and they can avail business opportunities if the government and corporate sector start using local languages for communication.
