Dear Mr. Secretary General, Thank you for your continuing leadership.  One of the Millennium Development Goals is to:  Ensure that all boys and girls complete a full course of primary schooling.  We have made progress on this goal, which has a target of 2015.  This is fine and important idea, but learning is a lifelong process for those who are open to the idea.  With that in mind, I request that we consider upping the ante in the next round and shoot for the moon, providing the education needed for everyone to reach their full potential.
