Not sure this is the right place to post. I really have only one idea to contribute, which is that the topic most in need of global discussion might be global warming. What to do about it? There are so many social, economic, and technological issues involved. Few are even talking about what to do, both because discussion is suppressed and because the whole thing is too scary and too overwhelming to think about.

This might be a topic for which this forum is a valuable addition to the dialogue.
