Leaving aside Parabangar's lure towards a metaphysical discussion of God and Higgs particles, Cimbria's distinction between creating order out of chaos on the one hand and harnessing chaos on the other is worth another look.
InterMix can, I believe, create order out of chaos on a global scale. This is what it is good at. Even at this small scale in our beta "How to get there!" test, I think we will see a good outcome from chaotic input. But that does not mean that InterMix reduces chaos to order. I agree with Cimbria that is something we do not want to do. Rather, the idea is to distill order from chaos, or indeed to harness chaos.
So what is this order we are looking to distill from the chaos of human input? It is simply that we are one as well as many, that we are or at least are on our way towards becoming a tolerant and loving community that can be proud of its output.
