We need as much help as we can get, Ben. At our meeting yesterday (in the IR lounge) we decided our best route was to appeal to the idealism of university youth. Here in the U.S., the growing financial burden on students is choking off this idealism, but we feel there are still plenty of reserves available when we mention such topics as gender equality, human rights, nuclear disarmament, sustainability, climate change, social justice and the list goes on.
Our start up target is women's issues. We will begin by sending messages to the Exec Dir of UN Women, but if that goes well, and why not? then many possibilities open up. Please bring in friends. That's the first thing. Local or overseas. Preferably but not necessarily university students.
