Savannah is going to be setting up a facebook page for our IWD 2014 project and will prepare a flyer to be sent to SFSU IR students. The flyer will also be posted here, or a link to it anyway. So far there are nine or ten SFSU students who have signed up to be on our listserve here. They will be enrolled next week and we can hope they will begin participating here.
Something interesting that Savannah mentioned - one of the sign-ups was thinking of an IWD event at SFSU for March 8, 2014. I think we should run with that. The great difficulty of promoting an online network is that it is so nebulous. To have an event to aim for gives us the focus we need, and we can still go global by aiming to spark similar events at campuses around the world.
