Hello all!
My name is Theresa Song, a new intern for UNA-SF from USF.
I met with Roger last Thursday and got to discuss with him about how we can go about making this event and site successful.
First of all, what I thought about was getting the support from major spokespeople that can help us outreach to a bigger population.
Second, I can probably get in touch with corporations that have been interested in supporting and funding these kinds of events and can even get other clubs and organizations into it.
Third, I wanted to ask SFSU if they would like to collaborate the campus event before the IWD to raise awareness. We could do this on both campuses, but it would be helpful to have many interns avaialbe for questions. Also, I was thinking that for the campus events, we can get inspirational speakers to come and talk to groups that are interested in this issue.
