Does the UNA SF Bay COO want to think of itself as a "commons"?

Does the UNA SF Bay COO want to think of itself as a "commons"?  One implication would be that we would be less formal about our procedures - probably do not have bylaws.  Instead of membership, participating organizations could just give us permission to post logo and mission statement.

Please everyone, add your reply to the chain.  It is important to get the ball rolling on InterMix, and the first post is the hardest to make.  I am available to help by phone or even in person if need be: 415 933 0153.  rogerweaton@gmail.com
