If you click "more options" that let's you select from a list of tags. There are problems, tho.

If you click "more options" that let's you select from a list of tags.  There are a number of possible problems though.  For one thing the list of tags can easily become hugely long.  For another I wonder if replies should inherit the tags of the provoking message.
