Dear UN Women Executive Director Phumzile Mlambo-Ngcuka, I feel on our way towards gender equality we have forgotten the so called 'perpeturators' . Men suffer as much as women by the patriarchy and the gender biases.When they HAVE to act a certain way around other men and us, they dont have access to communication with the female;be it about sexual needs, about the emotional cycles during menstruation ,about parenting and sexual preferances of females.we need communication.
