The Mission Statement on the UNA-USA site is shorter than in the handbook.

I just discovered that the Mission Statement on the UNA-USA site does not match what we are thinking we need to use on our website:

• We are dedicated to educating, inspiring and mobilizing Americans to support the principles and vital work of the United Nations, strengthening the United Nations system, promoting constructive United States leadership in that system and achieving the goals of the United Nations Charter.

It seems UNA-USA thought the long version was a bit awkward for the website, same as we were thinking.  This tells me we have some freedom to craft our mission statement.
