Dear Chapter Leaders,
We thank you for helping us with promoting the fourth session of Inter-Generational Model United Nations. This email contains several important information regarding our conference, and in case you have members who have not yet registered they can receive this information from you. I am attaching the email sent out to all registered delegates. I thought it would be important for chapters who may be registering the day of to receive this information.
Transportation & Parking
If you are in the Bay area and you are coming via BART, please get off at the Daly City BART station. There will be a volunteer or a UN Flag at the Kiosk and the person (where the flag is located) will guide you to the bus MUNI 28/28L. BART riders are eligible for two free rides on the Muni route 28 /28L when transferring from the Daly City BART station and paying your fare using Clipper. This will give you a free bus ride (5 minutes) to SFSU campus and you can use it to get on the BUS from SFSU back to the BART station.
If you are driving: For easiest Parking for the IGMUN Conference, please use the Parking Lot 19 on the roof. This is the closest Lot to park for the IGMUN Conference. I would avoid parking on the street as you will be there for long periods of time. It is circled on the map for you that is attached. You should find a way to get on Lake Merced Boulevard and then turn on State St. to get into the campus. There will be signs for the Parking Facility to the venue. Park on the Roof because there is a walkway where you can cross on to campus from the lot.

Registration & Payment
Registration and payment will start at 8AM and be conducted at the Seven Hills Conference Center's main entrance. As soon as you enter, there will be two tables. One for registered delegates and one for unregistered/walk-in delegates. If you have already registered and paid, you only need to walk to the registered table, tell the staff member your name, hand in your Liability Wavier, receive a registration receipt, and then head inside the building. If you have not paid, one of our volunteers will escort you into the next room to the payment table to finalize fees.
Lunch
As we will be providing lunch for all our delegates, we ask that your delegates fill out this lunch order form so that we can know of your lunch preference and any dietary restriction that they may have.
Liability Waiver
All of our delegates must fill out and sign a liability waiver form to participate in conference. I have attached it to this email below. Please have your delegates complete the form, download them, print them, and bring them to the day of conference, where we will collect them at registration. If you do not have your waiver, do not worry, we should have extras on hand. Make sure a member has his or her Parent/Guardian there to sign as well if he or she is underage.
Logistics
Finally, a schedule of IGMUN can be found on our website here. The dress code for delegates is Business Professional. As far as materials, delegates will not need more than a notebook and a writing utensil as we will be providing country profiles and topic synopses.
