This is particularly for new members, but it may be useful for all.
As requested at the board meeting,
1) All board members, please email me a photo for display on our website page that lists the Directors: http://www.una-sf.org/about/board-of-directors/
2) New members, please send me a paragraph about yourself and why you are participating on the Board. This will be posted on the same page.
3) Please use InterMix for Board Communications. As UNA-SF Chair I have set us up to make it easy for us to communicate in a way that is transparent, yet which does not pester our membership with too many emails.
- When you receive InterMix communications, open the email and check if it is of interest.
- The easy way to login to InterMix is to click in with your facebook account at unasf.intermix.org - or remember your password and use it to login. Almost as easy is to click in from your most recent InterMix email.
- Once you are logged in, make sure you are at the UNA-SF group - the page will say UNA San Francisco at the top of the page. If you are at a different group, click the Groups button on the left and go to UNA San Francisco.
- If you are not on the list of messages, click the Home button on the left.
- To write a message to the Board, click the "Subgroups" button on the top, and then click the "Posts" link under the UNA-SF Board subgroup. Now the list will show only messages sent to the Board, and if you click "Start new thread", your message will go out only to Board members. Make sure you include "UNA-SF Board" in the title of your message so those who go through their emails rapidly will not skip over this one.
- To see the list of Board Members, list the subgroups and click the "members" link.
4) To see the full list of UNA-SF Members, Volunteers, Women's Committee, and friends, click the "Info" button at the top. Then go down a little ways and click the link where it says: Members: 374 <- click to see the list of group members.
5) Please participate in our Gender Crosstalk at

Thanks to all,
