Although its not quite 45% they have made fantastic progress so far but its not enough yet. This will make a huge difference for the FTSE-100 boards and would therefore have a positive global impact.
Its not yet equal but its a start, make 30% club a global phenomenon - a foundation to build a more equal and just Global society.
