We would like to know what's working (or not) in countries that adopted CEDAW. How is the UN measuring success of CEDAW? 

We have identified the following areas to work upon in Orange County, CA, USA

1. Equal pay for equal work for both men and women - may $15 minimum will take care of it
2. End human trafficking
3. End domestic violence
4. End sexual assualt on campus

Are there other areas we should consider specially those that can be measured?
