To the Editor,
Widespread disgust for Trump is one more sign that a new age of morality has arrived for America and that means nuclear weapons will soon be on their way out.
In the long run nuclear arms lead to the destruction of civilization. In the short run they signal massive distrust between the nations making it impossible to cooperate fully on major global issues. And day to day, there is the possibility that a morally unfit leader will employ nuclear weapons, destroying whole cities in order to stir up nationalistic sentiment.
Horrifying and highly immoral, nuclear weapons have got to go!
