Chaos and War - What can we do?

It is impossible to know for sure what Trump is thinking, but just going by his actions, he is heading for war with Iran. Iran will surely respond to the killing of its top military figure in a significant way, leaving Trump with the option of escalating further or backing down. I hope I am wrong.
So what can we do? For sure, please add your name to all the online petitions, and contact your representatives in congress to ask them to stymie the momentum for war as best they can.
