I agree. It would have to be a total social commitment, including governments at all levels and countries.  It needs to be humanity's #1 priority, along with trees, and water.

I agree. It would have to be a total social commitment, including governments at all levels and countries.  It needs to be humanity's #1 priority, along with trees, and water. (And a few other things, like pollution. It all gets to be a bit much, but John Chester, from the Biggest Little Farm told an interviewer that the nine years he has been farming have made him much more hopeful about our survival.  Nature's ability to heal is miraculous. And having this goal might give people an alternative to wars and material consumption.
