It is maybe better than nothing, but not far from it

It is maybe better than nothing, but not far from it, or does not seem to me, especially for those already found to be most dangerous in their success of controlling others unethically, immorally, inhumanely.

I speak of those now most in control, who somewhere in their past have lost their hearts capacity through either significant hurt, harm or just genetic damage and now lack the ability to feel for anyone beyond themselves or those most like themselves, who would hold this as value to them only for keeping others they wished to keep under their control, the way they now tend to use politics and/or religion!
