"Equality" is the basis of liberty and human rights. Without equal right's we are enslaved to the extent or lack of equal respect, concern for one another!
Many are attempting to come out of an unequal, unbalanced patriarchal control, that has kept us in one war after another for hundreds, thousands of years, by those promoting a male/only god.
Yet God is our Mother as well as Father!
Most Pastors and Theologians agree The Creator of All, has both a female, as well as a male nature.
For what is a Father without a Mother?
If you doubt God is our Mother as well as Father, go to the Library and check out an unabridged Webster College Dictionary! Look up the definition of “Father”, when used for God, often left out of shortened dictionaries.
The word “Father” when used for God, actually means our “Heavenly Parent” as "ABBA" the word Jesus used, "Ab" for Dad and "Ba" for Mom, in the language of the people then.
So easily misunderstood now when only "Father" or male pronouns are used instead of "Heavenly Parent"!
We need clarification especially at this time, from the most influential moral representatives and from our largest Christian groups, such as appealing to the good Pope Francis, to put an end to the discrimination of the female half according to both the Spirit of Vatican II and spelled out in Article 29 + of the Pastoral Constitution, “to end discrimination for race or sex…within The Church, as not the Will of God".
We also are in need of a non-sexist inclusive language otherwise, the male/only patriarchal words for God will continue to be misunderstood and misused.
Peace within as well as without, comes from the practice of “Equality”, Equal Rights, Equal Respect.
Seek daily The Holy Spirit's Guidance within, as well as without, to know God's better Will for each one.
